IN-HOME HEALTH CARE
Our In-Home Health Care services will allow YOUR services to be rendered in the comfort of YOUR home.
NURSING SERVICES
Our Nursing Services allows YOU to enjoy a healthy life in the comfort of a familiar environment, YOUR home. Our initial assessment will create an individualized Care Plan which may include: Wound Care, Dressing Changes, Medication Set-Up, Diabetic Management, Intravenous Therapy and Vital Sign Checks.
PERSONAL CARE
Our Personal Care Services are activities that engages to meet fundamental needs on a daily basis, such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, transportation, correspondence, ambulation, and transfers from one position to another. Assisted Daily Livings are day-to-day tasks that YOU as an individual live independently but not considered necessary for fundamental daily functioning.
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES
Our Consumer Directed Services Program allows YOU the Consumer to choose the caregiver of YOUR choice to assist YOU in the comfort of YOUR home with the assistance of them being fully trained by our staff.
COMPANIONS
Our Companion Services not only relieve stress and worry for families and caregivers, it also provides healthy interactions. Our highly trained and qualified staff truly enjoy working with seniors, and we find that most are likely to accomplish task and participate in favorite activities when they simply have a companion with they enjoy and trust.
RESPITE
Our Respite Services gives the caregiver-family member time to relax and pursue activities that allows them to rediscover themselves, run errands or just relax that may well be needed. It can help you maintain your sense your sense of being significantly improve your ability to deal with the situation and handle challenges in a positive way.
VETERANS
Our Veterans Program helps those veterans and or their surviving spouses who choose to apply for a benefit from the Department of Veterans Affairs and use the benefit primarily for In-Home-Personal Care. The benefit is called “Aid and Attendance. Veterans must have served at least 1 day during war. For this VA benefit and for the VetAssist Program, combat duty, overseas service or a disability related to the veteran's service in NOT required.
BEHAVIORIAL HEALTH
Our Behavioral Health Services can assist with with Care Coordination, Case Management, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Life Skills, Comprehensive Assessments, Individualized Supporting Living, Medication Management, Day Programs and Emergency Services.
MOBILE LABORATORY
Our Mobile Laboratory Services helps make the process more convenient and less stressful for YOU. Our certified staff travels to YOUR home, office or destination of YOUR choice and deliver YOUR approved services with no waiting in line or being put at an inconvenience. We serve a variety of medical providers, educational facilities, private businesses and individuals.
